The All Care Approach to Aged Care and Disability
All Care Training (ACT) was established by qualified nurses passionate about caring for elderly people and those with disabilities. Our local Sunshine Coast trainers have many years of nursing experience with lots of stories to share and invaluable knowledge to pass on.
Our Certificate III in Individual Support course, with its back-to-basics approach, is centred on the Eden Alternative principles. We believe that; understanding and responding to the emotional needs of aging people is vital for delivery of quality care in day-to-day activities and overall.
To get the most out of your program, workplace training (with ACT trainer support) is incorporated within face-to-face in-class learning.
ACT trainers are very proud to see growing numbers of their Certificate III graduates gaining employment in the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Community Care sectors, while Care facilities and their clients are more and more finding favour in our methodology and approach in passing on current best practice skills, knowledge and understanding of genuine care needs.
