Our Certificate III in Individual Support course, with its back-to-basics approach, is centred on the Eden Alternative principles. We believe that; understanding and responding to the emotional needs of aging people is vital for delivery of quality care in day-to-day activities and overall.
To get the most out of your program, workplace training (with ACT trainer support) is incorporated within face-to-face in-class learning.
ACT trainers are very proud to see growing numbers of their Certificate III graduates gaining employment in the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Community Care sectors, while Care facilities and their clients are more and more finding favour in our methodology and approach in passing on current best practice skills, knowledge and understanding of genuine care needs.
“Eden Rehabilitation Centre has been placing All Care Training’s (ACT) Aged Care Certificate III students for the past 18 months. In spite of numerous requests from other RTO’s to place their Certificate III students with us, we have chosen to give priority to ACT students as this stage to train in our facility. The primary reason for this is the quality of the training and support given to the students whilst on placement.”
