Before you enter the Aged Care industry, it is vital to have the right practical skills for the safety of yourself and those in your care. A two day practical skills induction very early in the All Care Training program offers the chance to practice clinical tasks in a supported learning environment. Our popular program includes training on use of hoists and mobility aids, falls prevention, falls recovery, showering, dressing, clinical observations, and many other practical tasks essential to the day to day operations of a modern care facility.
