All Care Training Aged Care Certificate 3 Graduates

       Empowering students to become amazing carers

It’s been a little over 12 months since ACT started training on the Sunshine Coast.  Our mission – empowering students to become amazing carers.

Student feedback obviously plays a really important role in making sure we get it right.  So from the latest ACT graduates here’s just some of the things they thought about their training.

• Our Trainers and Assessors, Sonya and Lee were magnificent, passionate and very approachable both in class and on the placement.
• The hands on training, organised placement, Sonya’s stories, interesting delivery of topics and being with a really nice bunch of people.
• Excellently presented, useful hands on approach, insightful information that was presented in a fun format. Presenters were passionate and engaged everyone.  Complete participation rate.
• Relaxed atmosphere, easy to ask questions, professional attitudes and every day was thought provoking.
• While on placement the feeling of reward that you had made a difference in the world aside from just having a job and earning.
• Course instructors were so approachable. The encouragement that was given was so important especially when I hadn’t studied for such a long time.
• Being trained by passionate educators. All intelligent, life loving people with a sense of humour that we as student benefited from in many ways.
• Our Aged Care course was very practical and hands on. It was focussed on the information and skills we needed and would use in the workplace.
• Fun supportive learning, work placement organised for you was a great benefit and a great team to work with.
• Trainers were very helpful even over the weekend when I needed help.
